COIDA Registration, ROE Submission & Letter of Good Standing

Fast • Affordable • Hassle‑Free COIDA Compliance for South African Businesses

Every employer in South Africa is legally required to register for COIDA, submit annual Return of Earnings (ROE), and maintain a valid Letter of Good Standing. Aplosol helps you complete the entire process quickly and correctly — so your business stays compliant and eligible for tenders, contracts, and site access.

What is COIDA?

COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act) protects employees who are injured or become ill while performing their duties. Every employer with one or more employees must register with the Compensation Fund and maintain compliance.

Why Compliance Matters

Financial Security for Employees: If an injury or death occurs, COIDA ensures that employees or their dependents receive medical expenses, disability payments, or death benefits.

Legal Obligation and Protection: Compliance is a legal requirement for most employers with one or more employees. It prevents criminal prosecution and heavy administrative penalties, which can now reach 10% of an employer's payroll under updated regulations.

Protection Against Lawsuits: COIDA operates on a "no-fault" system, meaning that if a company is compliant, injured employees cannot sue the employer for damages in civil court.
